Small Group Personal Training – Functional Strength & Stability
Enjoy the same intimate coaching experience as personal training while exercising in small groups of 4 in an exclusive, private setting.  Register for one of our 5-week sessions and we’ll provide the motivation and support you need to improve your functional strength, stability and balance.  Prior to your first session complete the Personal Trainer Request package and PAR-Q.  Ask for a copy at our front desk or go online at: https://vancouver.ca/parks-recreation-culture/register-for-fitness-training.aspx.  Sessions can be purchased online or in person on the day of registration.

Note:  All 4 spots must be filled in order to run the 5-week program.  A full refund will be provided if the program is cancelled.

Weight Training for Youth  – Beginners (13-15yrs)
A weight training class for youth new to the fitness centre.  Over the course of 6 weeks our knowledgeable fitness staff will help you learn proper exercise technique and appropriate weight room etiquette.  Free with drop-in admission, a valid flexipass or a usage pass.  Registration and a signed Consent are required.  Maximum of 6 persons so register early!

Weight Training for Youth  – Sport Specific Conditioning (13-15yrs)
Do you enjoy playing hockey?  Register for this 6 week fitness centre program and let our experienced fitness leader teach you hockey-specific strength and conditioning exercises to help improve your sport performance.  Free with drop-in admission, a valid flexipass or a usage pass.  Registration and a signed Consent are required. Maximum of 6 persons so register early!
