Please see the message below from the Vancouver Park Board.

Good evening,

Further to the information we provided to you earlier this week about the closures of Park Board Community Centres, Fitness Centres, Pools, Ice Rinks, and more, we’d like to assure you that we are working hard to process all program refunds as quickly as possible. We are committed to ensuring anyone who has registered for, or paid for, any of our recreational programming that has been impacted by the closures due to COVID-19 will be receiving a refund. I hope you can understand and appreciate the enormity of this task and that it is taking some time to deliver.
Please rest assured that we are putting our full efforts into processing refunds as quickly as possible. We will be in touch in the near future with more details about how you can expect to receive your refund and the approximate timing.
